  • All products are thoroughly inspected before being listed
  • Products are safe for consumption and use within their expiry dates
  • We guarantee the authenticity of all branded products
  • Expiry dates are clearly mentioned for all products

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment must be completed before product delivery
  • We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout

5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery areas are currently limited to specified regions
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location
  • Customers must be available at the delivery address
  • Delivery charges may apply based on location and order value

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted for quality issues within 24 hours of delivery
  • Products must be in their original packaging for returns
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Customers must provide valid reasons for returns

OFFERE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notification. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
